Step 1: Firstly you need to decide on what specifications you would for your print(s), you need to consider the following:
The size of the print(s), see size chart & price guide below. Colour format of your print(s), you can choose from any of the four colour formats displayed (see left for examples), certain formats work better with different photos and we are always happy to advise you!
Special requirements & effects, Using the latest ADOBE software we can offer various services including red eye, scar, and blemish removal or we can make things just disappear!.
We also offer various special effects which can really make a photo into something special (see examples). Unless you state otherwise we automatically enhance the colour & tone of your photo prior to printing. Unlike our competitors we also offer a protective varnish (free of charge) which not only protects your print from damage (scratches, dirt etc!) but further enhances the colour and improves the overall finish of the print. The varnish also leaves a lovely satin sheen over the print, we do reccomend the varnish to our customers however the choice is yours!
Step 2: After deciding what specifications you wish to have for your print(s) you need to send your photo(s) attached to an email to: sales@artistadrianwright.com, this is a very simple task for most people however if you require any assistance please just ask!, please don't forget to include the required spec of your print(s) you wish to order in your email together with a shipping address and full name.
Step 3: After we recieve your email with your photo attached we can get to work on your print(s), depending on the size of your order we normally require between 24-48hrs after receiving your order, if you require an order urgently arrangments can be made (ask for details)
Step 4: When we have completed your order we will inform you and then dispatch your order (by 1st class royal mail recorded delivery), payment is also required in full prior to your order being dispatched.
Payment: When we recieve your initial order we will send you an invoice , you are welcome to pay at any time however full payment must be recieved prior to your order being dispatched. We normally use Paypal for receiving payment however we are also happy to accept a bankers draft/transfer or a personal cheque (must clear before order is dispatched).
